ABOUT JEAN JULLIEN
French graphic designer who is known for his cartoons and illustrations. He has worked on several projects including several books and film projects and his work has been featured in a variety of press outlets including The New Yorker and Tate Modern.
He began his career in graphic design in Quimper before going to London. He graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2008 and from the Royal College of Art in 2010. Since then, he continued to expand on his signature style of illustration to include photography, video, costumes, installations, books, posters, and clothing.
In 2011, he founded Jullien Brothers, a duo specialized in moving image and in 2012, he created News of the Times with Yann Le Bec and Gwendal Le Bec.
He was born and raised in Cholet, France. He and his brother Nico often collaborate on film and video projects.
His new boon entitled Imagine illustrates the lyrics of John Lennon and has commentary provided by Yoko Ono .
