Creative mind behind The Urban Poser food blog who is also a yoga teacher, chef, and author of My Paleo Patisserie. She is also a self-taught food photographer and food stylist. She has garnered more than 30,000 followers on her theurbanposer Instagram page.

She launched The Urban Poser in 2010 as a resource for her yoga students. She had already begun working as a yoga teacher for a number of years prior.

Her natural food and healthy living journey was accelerated after dealing with chronic pain stemming from sensitivity to gluten, grains, dairy, and nightshades.

She is from the northern part of Minnesota. Both of her parents were cooks. She married at 22 and is a mother.
