Bodybuilder, fitness model and personal trainer who became a social media celebrity with her identical twin sister, Lucy West . The pair is famously known as The West Twins.

She was introduced to weightlifting by her twin, Lucy. She was inspired to start her strength training after watching Lucy compete in a bikini competition.

The twins' Instagram account has earned over 290,000 followers and they frequently post workout videos and fitness tips on their popular YouTube channel.

She has six siblings, five sisters and one brother.

She joined ITV2's reality show Survival Of The Fittest hosted by Laura Whitmore in 2018.
