ABOUT JENNYFER JEWELL
Most famous for her role as Ellie on the New Zealand Channel 5 series The Tribe, she is also well known for her work in both The Enid Blyton Adventure Series (as Lucy-Ann) and The Enid Blyton Secret Series (as Peggy Arnold).
At the age of nine, she made her screen debut in the television show The Storytellers. As a child and young teenager, she also performed in numerous theatrical and ballet productions.
In the early 2000s, she put her acting career on hold to concentrate on her studies at Queen Margaret College and Otago University.
She spent her earliest years in England and the remainder of her childhood in Kelburn, New Zealand.
She and her The Tribe co-star Antonia Prebble were born just one day apart.
