Actress and YouTuber known for creating content about living with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. She posts tips, tricks and insights into the ADHD brain. She has amassed more than 1.8 million subscribers on her How to ADHD channel. She has also acted in series like Monk , American Dreams , Life as a Mermaid and Dark Blue.

She appeared in the 2003 film Scorched.

Her 2017 TEDx talk, amassed more than one million views. One of her most viewed YouTube videos explains how to known if you have ADHD. She also filmed a video about what happened when she stopped taking her medication. Her YouTube channel features more than 300 videos.

In January 2023, she tweeted "After 2 divorces I've realized maybe I wasn't ready to get married so much as I was ready to own a really sparkly ring." She is from California.
