ABOUT JIM C. HINES

Fantasy author best known for The Goblin Quest Series and the Princess Series. He also penned the Magic ex Libris Series, Fable: Blood of Heroes, and Goldfish Dreams.

Prior to his authorial debut, he worked as a volunteer crisis counselor and as Male Outreach Coordinator for Michigan State University's Safe Place.

In 2012, he won a Hugo Award for Best Fan Writer.

Originally from Pennsylvania, he later settled in Holt, Michigan.

In 1998, he was a first place winner in the L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future Award for his story "Blade of the Bunny".
