Fitness instructor who is known for offering bodybuilding training to a variety of different online clients. He is known for being the creator of LIIFT4, a program which helps bodybuilders and fitness stars, and is also the co-creator of CORE DE FORCE.

He first began sharing fitness and workout related content to his Instagram in July of 2013.

He is known for being a fitness ambassador for the online fitness company Team Beachbody and shared the link through his Instagram bio for his over 350,000 followers.

He married fellow fitness star and athlete Breanne Freeman in 2016 but they later divorced. He'd later begin dating Megan Ewoldsen.

He shared a photo of him seeing Zakk Wylde at the Fonda Theater in June of 2014.
