Member of the band Mammoth Indigo who became a top 10 finalist on the 14th season of FOX's reality competition series American Idol.

Before auditioning for American Idol, she was employed at Cozzy's Comedy Club in Norfolk and previously worked in Newport News. She also used to perform in the streets of Richmond, VA.

During her run on American Idol, she played the accordion, ukulele, banjo, and mandolin.

She is originally from Woodbridge, VA and later relocated to New Orleans, LA. She became engaged to her boyfriend Evan Higgins in March of 2015.

She was a finalist on American Idol during the same season as Maddie Walker .
