Actress known for playing Molly Sullivan in the Hallmark series When Calls the Heart . She played Sally in the Hallmark series Garage Sale Mysteries and Carson Lazarus in the series Project MC2 . She has appeared in shows such as Smallville , Supernatural , The Dead Zone , 21 Jump Street , Stargate SG-1

From the ages of eight to 16 she was a classical ballet dancer. She attended the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School.

She played Destiny Babe #1 in a 1992 episode of Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventures. She played Loretta in the mini series Rogue Files: Reparation and Donna in the mini series Polaris. She left acting in her 20s and lived in London for four years. She later returned to acting.

She has a daughter.
