ABOUT JOHN GAMMON

American television and movie actor known for his role as Darrin in the series The Middle . He has also appeared in the movie I Am Singh and on the web series Corey and Lucas for the Win.

He earned a BA in Spanish and history from Loyola University in New Orleans. He also minored in Latin American studies. His first TV series credit was as SWAT Tech in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation .

He has commented that observing adults as a child led him to want to act, because he saw adults were always acting out a role. Two of his favorite TV series are Breaking Bad and Dexter .

He once commented that his siblings inspired him to become an actor because they were always acting out scenes for him as a child.

He has acted with Charlie McDermott and Patricia Heaton .
