He played the lead in 13dici a Tavola, which was the big winner at the Los Angeles Italian Film Awards.
He was married to Barbara Chu from 1979 until his death in 2013. His children are Rebecca, Jocelyn, and Michael Kerr.
He appeared in director Roger Corman 's 1961 film, The Pit and the Pendulum.
