ABOUT JONATHON YOUNG
Actor and founder of Vancouver's Electric Company Theatre. He has appeared in many television roles, notably in the role of Nikola Tesla on the series Sanctuary.
He graduated from the Studio 58 theatre school in Vancouver and became interested in acting after his father opened a local community theatre where he would go as a child to watch him act.
He has won multiple Jesse Richardson Theatre Awards.
He has been in a longterm relationship with theatre director Kim Collier. The couple had a daughter, Azra, who passed away in a fire at the age of 14 in 2009.
In 2005, he starred as Jimmy Crib in the Canadian television series, Terminal City starring Katie Boland .
