She studied health science at the University of South Florida and became a certified personal trainer at the age of 21.
She was a high school and collegiate athlete playing volleyball, cheerleading and track. She became the high jump state champion in 2010.
She has a fraternal twin who she considers her biggest inspiration.
She and Brittany Dawn are both personal trainers who created their own fitness programs.
