Actress who played Elizabeth Warden on Keeping Up Appearances who later took the role as Miss Davenport on Lost of the Summer Wine.
She studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
She also had recurring roles on The Dick Emery Show, Shelley, and No Appointment Necessary.
She married her second husband, Henry Newman, in 1972 after divorcing Leonard Rossiter in 1961.
She had a supporting role with Eric Sykes in the 1984 film Gabrielle and the Doodleman.
