ABOUT JOSH BRIDGES
CrossFit athlete and competitor who is notorious for winning Open workouts. He landed one worldwide win each season he has competed for over five years. He designed his own line of original products such as the Bridges Series Rehband Knee Support.
He was an amateur wrestler until he discovered CrossFit in 2005. He made his CrossFit Games debut in 2011.
He won first place in the California Regional in 2016 for the first time.
He's originally from San Diego, California.
He and Emily Bridgers set the world's best CrossFit scores on Open Workout 16.1 in 2016.
