Left winger who made his NHL debut in 2001-2002 with the Ottawa Senators and also played for the San Jose Sharks and Boston Bruins.

He played college hockey at the University of Michigan.

In 2006-2007, he played for the Detroit Red Wings.

He was born in Coon Rapids, Minnesota.

All-Star right winger Marian Hossa was his teammate on the Senators.
