Josh Simmons

ABOUT JOSH SIMMONS

Former NCAA national champion that played college football at Ohio State University and San Diego State from 2021 until 2024. As a senior at Ohio State, he won the 2024 National Championship and was a member of the second team All-Big Ten. He was eventually selected by the Kansas City Chiefs as a first round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

He first began his high school career at Madison High School. He later transferred to Helix High School.

Prior to tearing his ACL, he started in 31 consecutive games during his collegiate career. He injured himself while playing against the University of Oregon .

He grew up living with his family in San Diego, California. His mother's name is Ana Maafala.

He was coached by Ryan Day while at Ohio State.
