Journey Brown

ABOUT JOURNEY BROWN

Former American football running back. In 2017, he committed to Penn State University to play for the Penn State Nittany Lions. He was named the MVP of the 2019 Cotton Bowl Classic. In November 2020, he retired from football after being diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.

He attended Meadville Area Senior High School in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He played football and ran track in high school.

In 2019, during his sophomore year, he started in 10 out of 13 games and made 12 touchdowns. He has amassed more than 10,000 followers on his _journey_brown_ Instagram account.

In December 2022, he got engaged to Deanna Carroll.

In high school, he broke the Pennsylvania record for 100-meter dash which was held by Leroy Burrell .
