ABOUT JUDAH AKERS

American singer and guitarist best known as the frontman for the alternative rock band Judah & the Lion. He and the band broke out in a major with the single "Take It All Back," which hit #1 on the U.S. alternative songs charts in 2016.

He met the other members of Judah & the Lion through a mutual friend and began playing music with them in 2011.

His song "Kickin' da Leaves" was featured on Spotify's Viral 50 chart alongside like Fall Out Boy and Meghan Trainor .

He married Lindsey Riley in 2015.

His band supported Twenty-One Pilots, led by Tyler Joseph , on the Emotional Roadshow tour in 2017.
