ABOUT JULIA JACKLIN
Australian singer-songwriter who rose to fame with the release of her 2016 debut studio album, Don't Let the Kids Win. The album was nominated for two ARIA Awards and the J Award for Australian Album of the Year. She went on to release Crushing in 2019 and Pre Pleasure in 2022.
She played in a high school band that covered Avril Lavigne and Evanescence songs.
Her music has been favorably reviewed in The Guardian and The New York Times. She posts photos of herself on her juliajacklin Instagram account, where she has gained more than 130,000 followers. She is often seen performing and posing in floor-length dresses.
