ABOUT JULIA LONDON
Born Dinah Dinwiddie, she is better known by her pen name of Julia London. She wrote such popular romance novels as the Desperate Debutantes and Scandalous series.
After graduating from college, she worked in Washington, D.C. and traveled throughout the United States and Europe. Before becoming a writer, she worked as a public administrator.
She was a four-time finalist for the RITA Award, an honor that recognizes excellence in romantic fiction.
She grew up on a Texas ranch and later settled in Round Rock, Texas with her husband.
Penny Jordan was another author of popular historical romance novels.
