Julian Valentin
ABOUT JULIAN VALENTIN
American soccer player who captained the Wake Forest Demon Deacons to their first ever NCAA National Championship title in 2007. He later played professional soccer for teams like the Los Angeles Galaxy and represented the United States internationally.
He was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and began attending Wake Forest University in 2004.
After retiring from professional soccer, he became the Assistant Director of Digital Media and Publications for the Colorado Rockies in Major League Baseball.
His brother Zarek Valentin and brother-in-law Taylor Kemp are also professional soccer players.
He was teammates with British superstar David Beckham during his years with the Galaxy.
