Prior to finding fame on TikTok, he owned and managed properties, such as apartment complexes and mobile home communities, with his family in Michigan.

He joined TikTok as a hobby during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdowns. He was having fun using the app and started experimenting with content, trying to figure out how the algorithm worked.

He has twins. His wife works as a criminal defense attorney.
