Many of her videos have featured her displaying healthy kids snacks.

She studied Nutrition Sciences at Reidman College. From March 2014 to December 2014, she was the Head of Nutrition at Millennium Partners Sports Club Management.

She has been the CEO of wellness and fitness service Clean Diet By Karin Adoni. She is the founder of supplement brand Emii Lifestyle. She has described herself as a very social person.

She has been married to her husband Liam Ben-David. Together, they have three children.

She and fellow Instagram star Adi Marom were both born in Israel.
