ABOUT KATTY MARTíNEZ ABAD

Mexican professional football player who is known for her work with the Liga MX Femenil club Tigres UANL where she played as a forward. She is also known for having played on the Mexico Women's National Team as well.

She started her youth career in 2012 and quickly joined the Mexico Under 20 national team in 2015. She made her senior career debut for the Mexico Women's national team on February 27, 2019 in a match against Italy.

She has won several honors and awards for her playing including the Liga MX Femenil: Clausura in 2018 with the UANL club and the CONCACAF Women's Under 20 Championships in 2018 with the Mexico national team.

She was born and raised in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
