Pop music performer, composer, vocalist, and songwriter whose artistry has fused elements of pop, soul, jazz, world, and dance. Two of her best known songs are "Śpij kochanie, śpij" and "Prawy do lewego." Her popularity has led to her amassing more than 100,000 Instagram followers.

She began her music career performing with local bands in the mid-1980s.

She competed in the 1988 Baltic Song Contest in Karlshamn, Sweden. She has been one of the most decorated artist by the Polish Society of the Phonographic Industry. She made the top 5 on Machina's list of 50 Best Polish Female Singers.

Her full name is Katarzyna Magdalena Rooijens.

She has collaborated with Idan Raichel .
