Rose to fame as the son of legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk .

Before his parents were married in 1996, his father was previously married to Cindy Dunbar until 1993.

He is known on Instagram by the handle keeganhawk.

His mother is Tony Hawk's second wife, Erin Lee. He has one brother, Spencer, and two half-siblings, Riley and Kadence.

In August 2021, his dad and Jason Ellis spoke on their podcast Hawk vs Wolf about Keegan dropping into a mega ramp at skateboarding camp.
