Craft beer enthusiast and influencer who has become a prominent figure within the beer community for her advocacy of meaningful relationships between breweries and their clientele as well as her craft beer-related content on her kelseysimonsays Instagram account.

She launched her Instagram account in November 2012 and at first shared a broad spectrum of assorted content before rising to fame with the coining of her term and hashtag #beercation to describe her beer-themed adventures. Since its debut, her account has achieved a fanbase of over 90,000 followers altogether.

In 2022, she was honored as the "Bierkönigin," or "Beer Queen," at the annual Oktoberfest celebration held by the Nashville and Blackstone Brewing Companies. She uses her platform to showcase her visits to breweries and other beer-centric travels around the globe.

In March 2024, she shared a loving tribute to her mother for her birthday on Instagram.
