He briefly studied political science at Liberty University . In 2005, he began his broadcasting career.

He has been the co-host of the radio program The Ramsey Show. He is the host of his own podcast The Ken Coleman Show. On his Instagram, he has posted numerous videos in which he gives advice on topics like leadership, work-life balance, and physical health.

He has been married to Stacy Coleman. Together, they have three children, Ty, Chase, and Josie.
