ABOUT KHAN ATAUR RAHMAN

Versatile actor, director, and singer-songwriter who performed in Jibon Theke Neya and other films.

He won first prize in the Dhaka Zilla Music Competition when he was still a student.

He wrote more than 500 songs, and his music was featured in such popular films as Sujon Sokhi.

He was the son of Ziarat Hossain Khan and Zohra Khatun.

He helped renowned artist, S.M. Sultan , buy art supplies and also made arrangements for selling Sultan's work.
