She worked as as business consultant before meeting James Van Der Beek in Tel Aviv in 2009.
She's also worked as a wellness blogger and written articles for People magazine and the Food Heals Nation blog about healthy infant eating habits.
She and James have four daughters named Olivia, Annabel, Emilia and Gwendolyn, as well as one son named Joshua.
She's good friends with designer Erin Fetherston and the two have been pictured together on her Instagram.
