ABOUT KONY EALY

Defensive end who has risen to prominence for his career in the NFL. He was a second round draft pick of the Carolina Panthers in 2014, with whom he became the first player in NFL history to have multiple sacks and an interception in a postseason game during Super Bowl 50.

He played college football for the University of Missouri Tigers. He was named to the All-SEC first team in 2013 during his senior season.

He was named to the Pro Football Writers Association's All-Rookie team in 2014. In March 2017, he was traded to the New England Patriots.

He and his long-time girlfriend Asia had their first child, named Royal, in November 2015.

He recorded the first sack of his career in 2014 against the Seattle Seahawks and Russell Wilson .
