ABOUT KULILAY AMIT

Taiwanese-Puyuma singer and record producer known by the stage name A-mei who has achieved success in the Mandarin-speaking world. She is often referred to as the "Queen of Mandopop," having sold over 50 million records. She promotes her music and shares her current projects on herĀ amit_feat_amei Instagram account, where she hasĀ 220,000 followers.

She released her debut album, Sisters, in 1996.

She won a Golden Melody Award for Best Mandarin Female Singer for each of her albums Truth, Amit, and Faces of Paranoia. She also won the Best Theme Song award at the 1998 Star Awards for her performance of the song "I don't mind," the theme for the series Rising Expectations.

She was born into a Puyuma family and raised in Beinan, Taitung, Taiwan.

In July 2013, she joined Wang Feng , Na Ying , and Harlem Yu as one of the judges of the Chinese talent show The Voice of China.
