ABOUT LASHANDA GARY

Entrepreneur, author, pastor, strategist, and public speaker famous for founding Dream Build Success and InWorks Tax Services. She is the author of the books Dream Build Success, Destiny, and Kingdom Success. She is also a contributing writer for iWorship and NO Compromise Magazines, the host of her own podcast, and the leader of regularly sold-out empowerment conferences for faith-based entrepreneurs.

In 2003, she graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a bachelor's degree in health services. She later attended GMOR Theological Institute from 2008-2013, to earn 2 more bachelor's degrees - in theological studies and Christian studies, as well as 2 master's degrees - in religious studies and theological studies.

She has earned countless accolades, some of which include being named The Black Excellence Female Pastor of the Year and one of the Top 40 Leading Ladies Globally in Ministry and Purpose. She is also the recipient of a Women Empowering Change Excellence Award and a Smart Girl Icon Award.

In a 2018 exclusive interview with Voyage Houston, she described her parents as being "the most supportive, caring, encouraging and self-esteem-building parents on the planet."
