Television actress who co-starred in the 2001 SyFy channel series Alphas and appeared in Thir13en Ghosts. She was also the voice of Scrooge McDuck and the star of the TV series Mister Ed. She has appeared in over 100 episodes of television throughout her ongoing career.
She had her first acting role at age 18 in I've Been Waiting for You.
She became known to film audiences for her role in the 2009 film Watchmen. When not acting, she spends time making home-cooked vegetarian meals.
Her cousin is Alan Young , who voiced Scrooge McDuck in Duck Tails.
She had a supporting role in the TV movie Flight 93 with Jeffrey Nordling .
