French makeup artist and entrepreneur known for being the name behind the Laura Mercier Cosmetics line. She worked as Madonna 's personal make-up artist after one of Madonna's photo shoots with Vogue.

She studied drawing and painting at the L'Ecole Supérieure d'Arts Appliqués Duperré in Paris, France.

She worked as a makeup artist for Elle magazine in 1985.

She is from Arles, France.

Throughout her illustrious career she has had a number of celebrity clients including Julia Roberts .
