She worked as a marketing campaign manager at VRAI, which is a Los Angeles-based luxury goods and jewelry company.

She and her husband announced their engagement in November 2020.

She and her husband have a pet dog named Yam. In February 2023, Lauren and Alexander announced that they were expecting their first child together. They welcomed a daughter named Leni James in April of 2023. In June 2024, they welcome their son Townes Alexander.
