She is a pioneer of the health, wellness and fitness industries and she founded the wellness brand and boutique yoga studio I.AM.YOU. She has over 80,000 followers on her iamyoustudio Instagram account.

She was raised in California on athletic fields, basketball courts, and swimming pools before heading to Princeton University.

She quit her job at Vice President of Morgan Stanley in 2009 to start her business. She was named one of the top 100 Women in Wellness by Dr. Oz .

She is married. She has a bulldog.
