Rose to fame in 2016 competing for the affection of Ben Higgins , the title star in the twentieth season of ABC's The Bachelor. Her reality fame has led her to amass more than 40,000 followers on her leahblock Instagram account.

She was working as an event planner in Aurora, Colorado when she was cast on The Bachelor.

Outside of event planning and reality shows, she has a food blog called Tasty Gainz dedicated to showcasing healthy treat recipes.

Her father's name is Henry.

She has become friends with a number of her fellow Bachelor competitors including Samantha Steffen and Ashley Iaconetti .
