K-pop upstart who first gained fame as a competitor on the second season of Produce 101.
He was a trainee with Yue Hua Entertainment when he debuted on Produce 101.
In 2016, he made an appearance on KBS2's television series Hello Counselor. He would later appear again on the show as a celebrity guest in 2017.
He worked at his parents' shop before beginning idol training.
Both he and Ong Seong-wu gained fame competing on the second season of Produce 101.
