ABOUT LEE KYUNG-EUN

Singer and actress known as Harisu who began her career presenting as a boy in films and shows during the 1990s. She would go on to release her debut album Temptation in 2001 and would star in films like Colour Blossoms, Yellow Hair 2, and Possessed.

She lived in Japan for several years and studied to become a hairstylist before working as a nightclub singer. She then began modeling, finally returning to Korea in 2000.

In 2005, she made her first serial debut in the MBC miniseries Beating Heart.

Born in Seongnam, she was one of five children. Assigned male at birth, she identified as female from an early age and underwent sexual reassignment surgery in the 1990s. She married Micky Jung in 2007, thought they divorced in 2017.

Amber Chia also starred alongside her in the 2006 Malaysian horror film Possessed.
