ABOUT LENNY COOKE
Shooting guard known for bypassing college to enter the 2002 NBA draft. After going undrafted, he joined the famous Rucker Park summer league.
He was a dominant high school player at La Salle Academy, Northern Valley Regional High School, and Franklin K. Lane High School.
He was chosen as the subject for the 2013 documentary film Lenny Cooke by the Safdie Brothers.
He was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York.
He and Amare Stoudemire both entered the 2002 NBA Draft straight out of high school.
