Leodis McKelvin

ABOUT LEODIS MCKELVIN

Defensive back and punt returner who made his NFL debut in 2008 for the Buffalo Bills, where he was an All-Pro selection as a rookie; 11th overall pick in 2008.

He was not heavily recruited out of high school, so he attended Troy University, where he was an All-Sun Belt selection three times.

In his rookie year he scored a touchdown on both an interception and on a kickoff return.

He was born and raised in the small city of Waycross, Georgia.

In 2009 he was joined by Jairus Byrd in the Bills' secondary.
