German fitness influencer known through his self-titled Instagram page where he has amassed over 360,000 followers. His posts mostly consist of weight-training clips and photos as well as some of his travels and personal life.

He first joined Instagram back in July 2017.

In July 2022, he uploaded a YouTube video titled, "Wir gehen Turmspringen aber John kann nich schwimmen." The video has since received more than 2.4 million views. His videos routinely receive hundreds of thousands of views, often doing so in a short time. Over time, the videos on his channel have racked up 62 million views.

He was born in Germany.

In February 2022, he posted a photo of him meeting and training with fellow fitness influencer Devon Larratt .
