ABOUT LEONIE FIEBICH

Veteran forward who was originally taken by the Los Angeles Sparks as a second-round pick during the 2020 WNBA Draft. Since beginning her professional playing career, she has played basketball in leagues across Germany, Spain, Australia, and the United States. She is also a member of the German women's national team.

She initially began her professional playing career in 2016 with the German-based club Jahn München. She was just 16 years old at the time.

As a member of Casademont Zaragoza, she helped her team win the 2023 Spanish Cup. In the process, she was named league MVP and a member of the first-team All-Spanish League.

She grew up living with her family in Landsberg, Germany.

She played alongside Breanna Stewart as a member of the New York Liberty during the 2024 WNBA season.
