Hockey player who plays for the PWHL Seattle of the Professional Women's Hockey League. On her lexie.adzija Instagram page, she has 100,000 followers who can see some of her selfie photos and hockey playing.

She first started to skate when she was 3-years-old. She played college hockey at Quinnipac University before she was drafted in the 11th round, 65th overall, by PWHL Ottawa in the 2023.

Outside of hockey, she also works as a model. With PWHL Seattle, she signed a two-year contract in 2025.

Her parents are named Mandy and Rob. She grew up with a brother.
