Canadian journalist and host known for her work with CTV News in Ottawa. She's worked as a sports anchor and morning show host for the station.

She was a talented gymnast, attending the University of Massachusetts on an athletic scholarship.

She does charity work for a variety of organizations, including the Ottawa Senators Foundation.

Her daughters are named Andie and Jamie.

She's worked with CFL quarterback Henry Burris , who makes appearances on CTV.
