ABOUT LILY ANDERSON

Novelist best known for her novel Undead Girl Gang, Scout's Honor, and The Throwback List. She works as an elementary school librarian. Undead Girl Gang won an Indie's Choice Book Award.

She started acting in stage productions as a child. At 18, she dropped out of college.

In 2016, she released her novel titled The Only Thing Worse Than Me Is You, which is based on William Shakespeare 's Much Ado About Nothing. Her follow-up book Not Now Not Ever is inspired by Oscar Wilde 's The Importance of Being Earnest. She has been a Wiccan since she was eight years old.

She is of Puerto Rican descent.

She is inspired by Shonda Rhimes and model Tess Holliday.
