ABOUT LINDSAY ROSE

Mauritanian-French soccer defensive back who made his Ligue 1 debut with Valenciennes in 2013. He signed with Lyon in 2014, Valenciennes having been demoted to Ligue 2.

He spent most of his youth career with Rennes, but made his professional debut with Laval.

He's represented France internationally at the U18, U19, U20, and U21 levels.

He's a French native, but represented Mauritania at the U17 level.

He and Nabil Fekir have been teammates on Lyon.
