American singer who is known for being the lead member of the 1980s freestyle music group Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam. Her song "Head to Toe" has accumulated more than 1 million streams on Spotify.

She went to Julia Richman High School in Manhattan and released her debut album, Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam with Full Force in 1985.

After more than a decade since her last music release, she released the 2009 album Life 'n Love on Mass Appeal Entertainment. Her first solo album, LL77, was released in 1994.

She comes from a Puerto Rican family in New York City.

Her 2009 single Can't Wait featured rapper Pitbull .
